Is there anything available from cisco or a third party that our noc could use to perform the following commands for our csm and css11506 units? Something that is graphical and easy to hand off?

real (ip addresss)

no inservice or inservice

service (name)

active or suspend

The CSS comes with a web gui.

Configure 'no restrict web-mgtm' and you should be able to use your browser to configure the box.

Also, with version 8.10 we introduced CVDM for the CSS.

This a standardized gui.

This gui is the same for most of our platform.
