when load balancing a single server in two data centers... how do i prefer a primary data center until that service fails... today i use a sorry server config to do this...we us bal aca and dnsbal least loaded.

actually nothing, the solution works. Just wanted to know if there is a way to prefer or offset/manipulate the dnsbalance between data center.
