Cache Engine
The cahce engine has two interfaces, one one each switch. Both are configured to listen to incoming request and we are using l2-redirection.
The outgoing interface is configured as "ip wccp web-cache redirect out". The MSFCs don't support the "in" command.
We have recently upgraded our internet connection to a 30 MB pipe. The speeds we are seeing with the Content Engine in the network are significantly lower than when we take it out. When it is out, the download speed is close to the maximum (30 MB). Any ideas as to the cause of this?
Troubleshooting wise: We have disabled Websense and nothing improves.
Do we need a DNS ptr record to the CE?
