Problem to connect to a Cisco WAVE 694

Hi everyone, I am writing because a have the following case and I need your help. I have a Cisco WAVE 694, and I can't connect to it by telnet, SSH or console. The IP address I am using do not responds to ping. The last network administrator gave me this IP. I tried connecting by console and secure CRT shows that I am connected but nothing is showing at the CLI.

I rebooted the WAVE while I was connected to the console and I saw the WAVE booting. At the end of the CLI the WAVE was asking for a user to login but when a type the user, it seems to not recognize my keyboard because what I type don't appears on the CLI.

I am using a laptop that I connect to others switches and routers and work fine.

Why can't I connect to the WAVE 694?

I solve the problem, I was using Secure CRT and it did not allow me to connect by console. When I use Putty I could connect to the WAVE by consola
