Hi all.
I am experiencing troubles with the script "commit_redundancy". I can see from the debug (-d switch) that the problem arises when Master CSS tries to remote copy the file tmp.cfg to the Slave CSS because it doesn't exsist. Disks are almost empty so we have no disk space problem.
Here is the logs:

Saving Master running-config to startup-config and archiving
startup-config.
Copying running-config to startup-config.
Archiving startup-config.
Copying startup-config to a temp file tmp.cfg.
Swapping Master and Backup ip addresses in tmp.cfg for app
Checking for multiple APP sessions between redundant peers.
App Session IP: a.b.c.d, Local IP address: a.b.c.d-1

Error in file copy. File does not exist.

I checked our database and for 50% of our customer, the problem disappeared after a software upgrade.
For 20% of them, we created an RMA to replace the CSS.
For the rest, the problem disappeared by itself.
So, I would suggest to start with the software upgrade if you are not already running the latest version.
There is new modification done to this script very often, so it's hard to say which bug fixed this issue.
