Hi,
I have a customer who is experiencing difficulties with one of our online systems which is run on a secure server.
Their internet connection is filtered via the above content engine. So far he has been unable to resolve this, despite entering an exception to our secure server.
When the content engines are bypassed the browsing & use of our system runs smoothly with no hanging or freezing of pages.
Should anyone have any ideas please respond.
