Hello,
In the presentation we got they said that the content for our screens will be placed from the cisco server to the cisco DMP once.
I think this is a configuration that we must set, but i can't find it.
So what is the problem now?
We have a movie that we publish through a playlist to our screens.
In an office in another city we work with a screen and a cisco DMP. The people who work there work on a thin client so there is also network traffic to our server.
When i published the playlist to the DMP from that office, all the people got slow thin-clients. We thaugt it was just for an hour maybe untill the movie is set on the DMP.
But one day later it remains slow working. (not the DMP but the actual working of the thin clients)
So we made a conclusion the problem is because the movie is streamed constantly to the DMP.
This can't be wright!
I read that the DMP has a flash-memory of 2GB MAX.
So the file can be set on the DMP once and we could pull out the network cable the file will still be loaded/played.
But how do we do this configuration?
Kind regards
Thomas
