SRE module PT in progress

I am transfering files and see PT in progress under the connections. It appears the waas is doing nothing for me.

What can I look at to find the source of this problem?

Hi PT In Progress, means the waas accelerator did not see the TCP handshake at the start of the connection. Does your network have multiple paths to the destination?
