TCP Retransmits through CSS

We have a simple setup:

LDAP Client (SOLARIS or AIX) ->100BaseT->CSS->Gig->LDAP Server (AIX)

We are getting a significant number of TCP retransmits from the server to the client, yet the error counts on all elements are zero.

We have experimented with rfc1323 on AIX with some success, but no success yet with the Solaris client.

Has anyone seen anything similar and what approach did you use to eliminate the errors.

I'll need the config and a trace showing the problem to better understand what is going on.

Unfortunately I can't scrub the trace and still keep it meaningful. I will open a ticket with the TAC.
