Hi all,
on another WAE i have the problem that it didn't come back Online.
reboot of the device didn't fix it.
additional "cms recover identity" failed even if everything looks like described in config guide.

Dieter,
Before you tried doing the cms recovery identity default, did you mark the device as replaceable in the CM?
Once the above screen has been verified try the following on your WAE:
pdi-7341-19#cms deregister force
Deregistering WAE device from Central Manager will result in loss of data on encrypted file systems, imported certificate/private keys for SSL service and cifs/wafs preposition credentials. If secure store is initialized and open, clear secure store and wait for one datafeed poll rate to retain cifs/wafs preposition credentails.
Do you really want to continue (yes|no) [no]?yes
Disabling management service.
management services stopped
Sending de-registration request to CM
Failed to contact CM(Unmarshaled: 9001). Please check connectivity with CM device and status of management service on CM.
Device de-regsitration failed, removing device registration information.
Please delete the device record on the Central Manager.
SSMGR RETURNING: 7 (Success)
Removing cms database tables.
Re-initializing SSL managed store and restarting SSL accelerator.
If cifs preposition credentials are configured, please reconfigure preposition credentials using 'accelerator cifs preposition
Deregistration complete. Save current cli configuration using 'copy running-config startup-config' command because CMS service has been disabled.
pdi-7341-19#cms recover identity default
Is device identity recovery used for WAFS 3.x device migration to WAAS (yes|no) [no]?
Registering WAAS Application Engine...
Sending device identity recovery request to Central Manager with address 14.110.3.21

Registration complete.
If core or edge service was enabled on the device you're replacing, this device will be reloaded upon successful activation
pdi-7341-19(config)#cms enable
Please preserve running configuration using 'copy running-config startup-config'.
Otherwise management service will not be started on reload and node will be shown
'offline' in WAAS Central Manager UI.
