WAAS Design Question

We have two remote offices that each have a full T1 back to the host. Assuming NM-CE's are used at each remote office, can I terminate the host side with a sinlgle WAE-512?

That's not a problem. It will work fine. The single WAE-512 can handle the load. You'll need another WAE to run Central Manager.
