Device RMA?

Hi

It seems one of my Thuderbolt Prototype has died. It seems a power supply problem usually had Shevaplugs..

It gets green light and ethernet both lights (little dimmed) on.

Anyway to recover? ITs RMA? Any way to get a replacement?

You've made a correct assessment of the device. The PS is dead and the unit will need to be replaced. I'll forward this over to our Marketing folks to see what they can do.
