Help on company access?!?!

Hi,

I have a technition that does not have the ability to download any software (IOS, etc..) from the cisco web. Myself on the other hand is able to do that. I'm the cisco administrator of our company, how can I grant access to other employees?

Contact the Partner Relationship Team (PRT) here.  They are the team that can help you with all of your Cisco.com and online access issues, etc.
