Would you please describe the process of resetting the admin password on a blocker box, assuming it has been either forgotten or mis-typed during a password change?
If you log into the GUI go to System Administration --> Users. Slect the admin account and you can change it there.
Thanks for the feedback, but it is the admin password that has been lost, so no access to the administrative section(s) are possible.
In that case you will need to contact Cisco Small Business Support and open a case to get it reset.
