Dear All,
I've one question about license agreement that comes with Spam & Virus Blocker.
Is it possible to use Spam Blocker, to filter email, from multiple email servers owned by different companies.
One of our customers, has few small clients with 20-30 people sending emails, they would like to put Spam Blocker in central location in order to host Spam filtering service for all of them. Are there any restrictions that should be considered before using Spam Blocker in such installation.
The reason why I ask is fact that in some of other brands, it's often forbiden to filter spam from multiple email servers that are owned by diferent institutions.
Thank you,
Lukasz

You can manage multiple domains with the blocker. Just make sure you have the proper information in the RAT and the SMTP Routes and the blocker will forward on all mail to the appropriate domain.

Have you checked the mail logs for that peace of mail. Is it creating a DCID and is that DCID being closed?

Brian is correct,
The Blocker can handle multiple domains. The RAT will be where you specify which domains you are accepting mail for, and the SMTP Route will specify how emails get to the proper IP address for the domain you specify. Mail can also be processed differently for each domain based by using policies.
