Hi
our user reported that he sent the message at 5:13, and he got Delivery Delayed message at at 9:23. The recipient confirmed to receive our user message at 10:23. refer to below log and bold section at the end, there are a few hours skipped sending to B@recipient.com.
could it be spam blocker issue?
