I'd much rather just have the ability to have more than one device per customer, or be able to define more than one site per customer to support more than one device. L2 VPN for SMB is impossible unless they've got major money to throw around. I guess for now I'll just create another customer for each site, client a site 1, client a site 2, etc. I've done the VPN thing by manually adding and it works fine, but presents the problem of no accessibility if just the VPN is down or just the TB site is down.
