Hi,
I was wondering if it is possible to configure the CSVB so that when the user login on to the Spam Quarantine page he also can see the messages in de policy quarantine folder?
For example I setup a content filtering policy folder for the word viagra so if that word is in the message or body then I can only configure it to send it to the policy quarantine folder. But I don't know if it is possible but so far I know and have seen the user cannot access the policy folder. Does anyone know if it is possibly and if it is possible how I need to configure?
Regards,
Martijn

Hello,
This post is from June of this year. Are you still experiencing your issue?

Afraid not - messages in the spam quarantine & policy cannot be viewed together.
The only options would be:-
- send all policy violations to the spam folder (which could allow users to release mail they should not)
- Or send all spam to the policy folder and prevent users from releasing spam
Neither scenario is good.
Spam & policy violations typically are delat with in differing ways by a business i.e. users can view/release spam whilst not policy/dlp/content related mail.
It can be done however in our experiences of the past few years this wont work for many customers.
