HI,
Customer asking if there's any way for users to receive alerts that they have messages in Quarentine?. It appears that not even the Admin get these alerts. Customer also asks if either the Admin or user would have access to release the messsage if needed (i.e. if it contains some business critical data)
Thanks
Oscar

It's possible to setup daily digest reports for quarantine messages. Go to Quarantine, edit the Spam Quarantine and "Enable Spam Notification" (at the bottom).
There's also an option called "Enable End-User Quarantine Access", which will give your customer access to it's own quarantine, based on POP/IMAP or LDAP authentication.

It depnds what qtn messages are going into.
Spam - thee is no point notifying a rcpt of every spam message they get - this defeats the purpose of spam filtering. The digest option is advised on a time interval of your choice.
Virus/Content - you can use notify actions to send a message to the sender/rcpt/IT depatment of policy triggers that you have created.
