"Create VLAN" wording must be changed, as there is more than just create. Suggest "Static VLAN" instead, which is much more appropriate. Here is why I struggled looking at this part of the Web UI: Not a native English speaker myself, but there is an odd word combination:
[Add] ... [Delete] -> this is not an appropriate word pair in English,, use either [Add] and [Remove], or [Create] and [Delete]
For the "Getting Started", "Create VLAN" makes sense - but not in the normal Web UI.
