Introdução

Este documento fornece o procedimento de como atualizar o firmware do telefone IP da Cisco com o Cisco CallManager Express.

Configurar

Nesta seção, você será apresentado ao procedimento de como atualizar o firmware do telephone IP da Cisco.

Passo-a-Passo Confiurações

Para configurar o firmware aplicável, siga estas etapas:

1 Transfira todos os arquivos do firmware para a memória flash do Cisco CallManager Express. A fim de verificar a transferência dos arquivos, emita o comando show flash:

3 Configure o firmware apropriado para os telefones IP da Cisco:

Nota: No comando load, a extensão (.bin or .sbn) do arquivo do firmware não deve ser mencionada.

4 Reset os telefones IP da Cisco, a fim de fazê-los usar a nova versão de firmware. Se você tem planejado tempo de inatividade, reset todos os telefones de uma só vez. Você pode também dar reset nos telefones individualmente, assim que os usuários estiverem prontos.
