Hello,
I'm looking for a way to share or export my current jabber status from the Jabber mac client to a network device. The idea is to send this information to a Raspberry Pi like device. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
Best Regards,
Pedro F

Hi Pedro,
Did you had any chance to refer this URL- emacs-jabber/jabber-export.el at master · legoscia/emacs-jabber · GitHub
Here are you trying to export the jabber status which is on a windows machine to debian flavour raspbian. I think you need Asterisk for debian falvour raspbian. Please also refer Using XMPP (Jabber) with Asterisk.
Thanks and Regards,

Would it make sense for the network device to be a presence client, e.g., subscribe to the Cisco IM&P service via XMPP, and therefore receive status updates from your user account as would any other client..? There appear to be a number of XMPP libraries available which may compile for ARM: Strophe, Gloox, Smack...
