Dear Valued Supplier,

Aligning to Cisco’s continuous improvement process, we are enhancing the BAAO negotiation platform’s attribute section. The updated release will be launched before the Q3 negotiation cycle on January 26^th, 2019. The enhanced attribute section will:

• Include new attributes for negotiation, such as Importer of Record
• Modify existing part attributes, such as Incoterms
• Validate data before the quote can be submitted.

To provide clear understanding of these enhancements, there will be comprehensive trainings available for all our suppliers before the launch date. Your participation in at least one training is vital so you’ll be aware of Cisco’s new requirements and to keep the quoting process as quick and seamless as possible.
