Another point of attention is that in the show version it presented a msg in the ROM: IOS-XE ROMMON:
(Last reload reason: Bulk Sync Failure)

ROM: IOS-XE ROMMON

CISCO-ROUTER-NODE-A uptime is 15 hours, 35 minutes
Uptime for this control processor is 15 hours, 40 minutes
System returned to ROM by reload
System image file is "bootflash:Image/packages.conf"
Last reload reason: Bulk Sync Failure

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I've also checked the failed redundancy settings

The list is Empty

One detail is that the equipment did not return with the last saved configuration.
came back with the configuration from a year ago
Current configuration :
This is evident in the show running-config command.
the configuration line is missing:
(! Last configuration change at xyz.....

Has anyone gone through this problem?
