I am seeing this behaviour in 17.12.4a.  Unable to log a case to confirm as we no longer have support on these devices.

Hi all, we are facing same issue (described in CSCvk25616) with ESXi 7.0.3 and HyperFlex 5.0.2.g. In our setup we have 2x datastores and after reboot only one is visible where we have ESXi system logs. The datastore which is missing after reboot hold...

Still the issue of this bug is in v3.2 Patch 7.. Every time nodes reboot we need to re-config SNMP again.
