BFD not working when Nexus 3548 is L2 paththrough switch

I have the same problem as described in CSCuq41497 BFD traffic not going through Nexus 

The status of this Bug ID is fixed

I am running the suggested release  6.0(2)A6(5a) but i am still experiencing this problem.

Which public available rel. is fixing this problem ?

The bug is technically "fixed" because they unhid the redirect option in the access list. 

I do not think they'll ever be able to fix it like you want since the limitation is in the asic itself...
