I'm somewhat new to the Cisco support pages. I have researched my issue and it appears I'm affected by the bug listed with CSCun86791. But I cannot seem to find the fix to download. Can someone confirm what I'm suppose to download?

Yesterday I request that the CCOID of one of my customers get linked within the SNT contract for them to be able to have a SNTC portal, however no portal is up after 30 hours
