Cisco CBW150AX %SSHPM-2-BAD_DEVICE_ID_CERT errors

Hi All,

Every couple of days we're seeing the following in the syslog, but can't seem to find much information on this error:

*fp_main_task: Jul 01 18:29:21.410: %SSHPM-2-BAD_DEVICE_ID_CERT: sshpmcert.c:8291 Failed to retrieve MAC address from bsnOldDefaultIdCert certificate

Any thoughts would be appreciated!

 - @Will 1    Seems to be an internal problem : the bsnOldDefaultIdCert certificate is a 1536-bit RSA private key generated during the manufacturing process.   Try factory reset or else RMA
