I'm having the same problem. My vendor has other customers and won't allow us large /16 blocks of addresses, so I'm ending up with >100 /24 entries in two different ACL's to work around this bug. Each entry refers to a remote location, and as we buy & sell the locations the maintenance is a nightmare. Please resolve this soon.
