Dear Expert,
I am using Cisco Cucm 12.0.1.10000-10 publisher and subscriber
when I am trying to take a backup from any of the servers( Subscriber or Publisher) but it failed after 59%
The result of the backup is in the picture attached.
and there are some services in subscriber server is stopped are listed below
Cisco CAR DB[STOPPED]
Cisco CAR Scheduler[STOPPED]
Cisco DRF Mananger[STOPPED]
Cisco CDR Reciprocity Manager{STOPPED}
Cisco SOAP - CallRecord Service[STOPPED]
in Real-time Monitoring Tool database summary
publisher and subscriber replication status is 2 but cluster Replication status is 4
kindly if Someone can help me out on this as I am failed to get back up and the status of backup is shared on attachment please go through this and guide me. your help will be highly appreciated.
