Issue still exist in - Cisco Unity Connection version: 9.1.2.10000-10
I updated my client java.policy file with; permission java.net.SocketPermission "ip-address:443", "connect,resolve";
I then was able to successfully save the uploaded .wav file

How you have fixed this issue, where can i get the Java.Policy file.

I just updated to Windows 10 and have yet to test it. But here is where the java policy is located
C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre"version"\lib\security\java.policy
