I have a CUSTOMER with webex release 2.8.1.39.b-ae.
And when they make the download of a big record file they have the same issue.
When they try see the file with "Network Recording Player"they receive the error
"The recording file is corrupted and cannot be played"
If the record file is small, they dont have this issue.
You know is this happen in release 2.8 ?
