CSCvd04759 - Use System Default parameter is unavailable "Primary Endpoint"

I am running into this same bug on one my production PCP 12.1, but not the lab version. I have tried all combinations of <blank>, Use System Default, Default, < none >, and <none>. None of these are valid. My lab install works perfectly fine with the same exact versions.

I have only noticed this with a Cisco Jabber for Desktop endpoint template.

Anyone run into this?

Has anyone found a fix for this issue? I just hit the same issue in PCP 12.5. I have tried more than one web browser to see if it was a MS edge or chrome issue and this did not resolve the issue. 

Also this seems to only be an issue with one of  the call processors in PCP. I currently have 3 call processors added to PCP.
