CSCvg68784 - Call pickup stops working intermittently - Stale CIs stuck in pickup table

Hi Cisco,

We have enabled Cisco push notifications for jabber to work seamlessly on latest Apple devices.(

But now as per this BUG workaround, we need to again disable push notifications. (Which will affect our Cisco Jabber clients on Apple devices).

 

How we can tackle this situation. I believe upgrading to CUCM 12.0 won't be a good idea as its not a matured version.

I think Cisco will bring an update for 11.5(1)SU3 (maybe SU3c?). Anything else doesn't make sense.

Hi Cisco team,

 

As mentioned in the Bug fixed release, the issue is fixed in the following versions of call manger.

CCM.11.5(1.14900.6)
CCM.11.5(1.14066.1).
 
Hoping after FIX there is no need to disable PUSH notification feature for the Call pickup to work fine.
 
Plz confirm.
