CSCvq09414 - ip unnumbered poll breaks DHCP functionality

Does anyone know in which software version this bug was fixed?
I tested on cisco asr1001-x in version 17.09.05a and it still occurs. Disabling "poll" from the configuration actually fixes the problem, but prevents hosts from communicating with each other.
Can anyone suggest something?

I saw this, but I assumed that in the newer version that I have, i.e. 17.06.03a, the bug was also fixed since it is supposedly fixed in Known Fixed Releases 17.3.5.

It seems that the problem does not occur on fw 17.3.5a. I only wonder why in subsequent fw engineers did not fix this problem and replicated it from earlier versions. This is terribly irresponsible...
