Please help to find root case ##CSCvq8138 - 3700 AP resetting 5Ghz radio often with radio reset code 44 - Contact #Cisco TAC for the special AP image 2700/3700
Once the problem is present, all clients in the vicinity of this AP will no longer be able to log in:o)
I have deployed 52x 2700 APs with this image(c3700-reset1-8-5-151-0-tar) but not hitting the issue yet.
It is difficult to investigate this problem in an enterprise wlan environment. The problem AP is not sending the right info to our syslog server : "DTX marked with poison" or CPQ_STUCK in the logs.
I depend on the service desk ticket and notifications from students. Prime Infrastructure does not discover this problem!()
