I am curious if anybody has found a workaround for the issue where a user cannot decline an incoming call from a Hunt Pilot/Line Group in Jabber? In the context of remote work, switching Jabber from Softphone to Desk phone mode is not an option since users need to be able to take calls from Jabber.
An acceptable compromise would be to have the ringer silenced when clicking Decline Call in Jabber.
This issue is still present in Version 12.9.1.53980 Build 303980

We are running into the same issue with Jabber for Windows 14.1.1

You can try to insert this line into the file: "jabber-config-defaults.xml"
<userConfig name="PreventDeclineOnHuntCall" value="FALSE"/>
under <!-- Options -->
then you have to close and reopen Jabber.
with "FALSE" you can ignore the call
with "TRUE" you cannot ignore the call
in my version 14.2.0 this worked
...I hope it works
