We have, TAC is super unhelpful, refusing to acknowledge this bug.

Same problem here, case open since days, TAC not really helpful/competent. We had to switch off URL filtering. Not acceptable.

See CSCwq83949. It seems they've applied a fix on their filter server side, too (not mentioned in bug, but via email).
