This is related to CSCvu14870 https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCvu14870
This is not documented in the release notes.
If you have a stack be aware of this bug Its not just the 9300 that is affected.

That's because this bug has a Severity of 6 (an Enhancement).  Release Notes will only include bugs with Severity Level of 0, 1 and 2.
