Is WSA 8.5.3-069 affected by CSCuj39346?

Looks like WSA 8.5.3-069 not able to process HTTP PATCH method, however the version is not listed in CSCuj39346, any clue any similar bug on WSA 8.5.3-069 causing PATCH method error?

I would also like to confirm that version 8.0.8-113 is also not listed in CSCuj39346.

It's a defect (bug) that does not allow to process HTTP PATCH method.
