RSS Feeds Not Working in SharePoint 2013

Hello,

We are trying to get RSS feeds from Cisco to work with our SharePoint 2013 environment.  The current feeds as follows do not work:

http://tools.cisco.com/security/center/psirtrss10/CiscoSecurityAdvisory.xml
http://tools.cisco.com/security/center/psirtrss20/CiscoSecurityAdvisory.xml

I receive the following error messages when trying to use these feeds:

ProtocolError occurred trying to complete the request. The server returned a status code of : InternalServerError and the status description is : "Internal Server Error"

If I use the older feed, SharePoint has no issues.  The older feed is as follows:

http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/146/news_cisco/data/syndication/rss2/SecurityAdvisories_20.xml#

I also do not have any issues with any other RSS feeds other then with the Cisco feeds.  None of the new feeds work in addition to the ones posted above.  I am using the default RSS feed reader with SharePoint.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am having the same problem for several days now. Both links mentioned above:

http://tools.cisco.com/security/center/psirtrss10/CiscoSecurityAdvisory.xml
http://tools.cisco.com/security/center/psirtrss20/CiscoSecurityAdvisory.xml

were working a few days ago.

I believe the data format has been changed somehow and now I receive exactly the same error.

I think that Cisco should step up and address this issue which obviously happens again after some period of time.
