RTMT fails to collect the data, Error: AMC: data collector not ready

CSCvd21686 - After UCM Upgrade, RTMT fails to collect the data, Error: AMC: data collector not ready"

I'm seeing a similar problem on a version 14 Cluster (6 nodes), but AMC service restart fails to resolve the issue.

System version: 14.0.1.13900-155

Publisher was rebooted to resolve a "virtual memory above 90%" issue.

Any suggestions?

We encountered the same issue on CUCM 14.0.1.11005-1 with (2) servers in the cluster.
After rebooting the pub (no changes), the alert   "RTMT fails to collect the data, Error: AMC: data collector not ready" shows up.
TAC recommended restarting the following services on the subscriber.
Cisco RIS Data Collector 
Cisco AMC Service
This fixed the issue for us.
