secure firewall - traceback and reload MEMORY CORRUPTION

I have the same/similar problem as CSCvy81493
https://bst.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCvy81493?rfs=qvlogin
on the Secure Firewall 1220CX with the ASA firmware that is supposed to have a fix 9.22.1.1

I also tried 9.22.2.14 and 9.22.2.20 (the newest)

I run a cluster with context mode and the issue started appearing when I have just a basic config and one context configured to make a redundancy test (s2s VPN tunnel with the traffic being ping and ssh passing through the tunnel)

A few first tests with manual failover (no failover active on the active device) were OK. Then I started testing with a shut interface on the neighbor switch  which caused a failover, I brought after some time the interface back up and made a fail back and this is when both firewalls rebooted:

Primary: Switching to Ok for reason Interface check.

Switching to Active
