Hello community,
after upgrading CUCM to 12.5.1SU7a with phone 8851 Fw. 14.2.1 and headset 520/530 new firmware cmterm-headset.3-1-0001-1.k4.cop.sha512, the headset management on phone or pc continues permanently to prompt the users for headset updates, even when the headsets seems to be updated.
Other thing seen on CUCM:
- In the headset summary on CUCM, the new phone fw. version is not automatically actualized in the list, and the headset needs to be disassociated an reassociated to see the right phone firmware version.
- The updated headset firmware appears with /n behind the version info and the "/n" isn't documented in any guide or release note.
At this point, we are expecting an issue or some bugs into the CUCM headset management or in any firmware (phone or headset)
