Cisco CLI Analyzer 3.3.1 Windows 7 support

Hello All 

Is this version of the CLI Analyzer only supported on the Windows 10, I am trying to install on Windows 7 but getting the following error.

"Error writing to file C:\Config.Msi\99468cb.rpf verify you have access to that directory"

Hi Craig,

CLI Analyzer is supported on Win7, Win8.1, and Win10.  Lots of folks are on these versions.   I have never seen this error. A couple things.

1. Do you have administrator privileges in the account you are installing from?  This is required.
