Hello,
Our new virtual desktops require a proxy to connect out to the internet. We have the proxys configured in windows to allow for internet access, and all of our apps work except for CLI-A. I also tried to configure the proxy directly in the settings, but i still get the error of cannot connect to the internet, and then it ends up hanging.
Does anyone know what the IP or name is of the call home address for this tool? So i can dig into this more? Or have any suggestions on how to fix this?
