Hi
I am currently trying to configure my Cisco switch, which I received some time ago, via PuTTY. The issue I'm facing is that I can't use my keyboard at all through the terminal. I've tried various solutions, such as setting flow control to 'none' or 'xon/xoff' in both the COM port settings and PuTTY settings. I've also tried toggling the 'Application keypad' option in the terminal's advanced settings, along with experimenting with all the keyboard options in PuTTY. I know the console cable is working because I can receive data from the switch."
If this information helps anyone, the operating system is Windows 11, the version of PuTTY is 0.81, and the switch is a Cisco Catalyst 2960 Series PoE 48.
thanks
