Cisco exam support

Dear all 

How can I find support to complain about persona vue because the take my money and didn't late me take the test is there any email to contact with cisco exam management or ticket system ??

@Ahmed Elsadig Ibrahim they should be able to see the voucher was not used by your cco/cisco id. From reading their policy voucher, you may assign it to yourself, did you do this?

@Ahmed Elsadig Ibrahim you did not say why they would allow you to take the exam. Your complaint should be directly with Pearson VUE as they are the exam provider for Cisco. It is only if you have an issue with the exam itself you would open a cert support question https://certsupport.cisco.com/s/?language=en_US

I take the test and some technical issue happened in there test so they revoke my session and open case for me after that they send me voucher code for the test with 100% but when I try to use the code shows me message the code was used before when i contact with Pearson they told me that was my responsibility how I don't know how but I need to complain about Pearson VUE 

@Ahmed Elsadig Ibrahim you would need to go back to Pearson and dispute this. If they have provided you with a voucher that is invalid they need to provide one to you which works. You can try a case with Training & Certifications Centralized Support

@bigevilbeard  I sent they many time they didn't give valid voucher they say the voucher used by someone else
