Support for the black screen maintenance mode error on Cisco Roomkit

Hello Cisco

Currently, my device is no longer functional. When I turn it on, it gets stuck on a black screen with the message:

"Maintenance mode - The system has encountered a problem and was unable to recover. Please contact the system administrator. A restart, factory reset, or software upgrade may resolve the issue. This can be done from the system web interface. Please refer to the administrator guide for more instructions."

After a few minutes, the Cisco Roomkit shuts down completely. I've tried resetting to factory settings, but it hasn't resolved the issue.

I've sent the device to the supplier in Vietnam for repair, but they responded saying it couldn't be fixed. I've also consulted Cisco Vietnam, but they said it couldn't be repaired and that I need to purchase a new device.

I'm seeking assistance from your consulting company to help me with this issue.
