Hello, everyone.
This issue arises when the device is powered off. Consequently, upon powering it back on, it fails to boot automatically and becomes stuck in ROMmon mode, requiring manual intervention via the boot command to access the CLI.
The problem occurs when the device is unexpectedly powered off due to an electricity outage. Subsequently, it fails to power on again, which is the crux of the issue.
Upon inspection of the bootloader folder, I observed that the iOS had disappeared. I attempted to rectify this by copying it back into place, yet the issue persisted upon repetition.
Any ideas?
Need to mention other configs didn't change at all.

is there possible that the problem is come from it's hardware?
Or something with IOS? maybe bad installation?
Or maybe: try to copy flash file into the external memory?
or something else? and yet, there is a way to determine the problem?

That is because there is no valid boot variable statement.
As a test, change the config-registry to 0x2101 and reboot. The switch should be able to boot the first valid firmware it sees.
